CAUTION: There has been a rise in new inexperienced print and wrap shops popping up all over the country and Florida is no different. Be careful who you trust to get the job done right. Wraps should not damage a vehicle’s paint. If an inexperienced installer applies the wrap, there is a chance any graphics on the wrap will bleed onto the paint. There is also a better chance that the paint will be scratched or chipped in the process.

A controlled environment is key to long-lasting vehicle wraps. At DPI, our wraps are done in air-conditioned, well ventilated bays with high ceilings and ample room to accommodate oversized vehicles. Because of this area’s intense heat, humidity and sunshine, having a controlled environment is key!  The optimum temperature for applying a vehicle wrap is 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows the vinyl to stick to the surface of the vehicle better. An indoor environment also helps to control moisture, wind, dust and other contaminants that can get in the way of a successful vehicle wrap.
